What we collect
When you send us a message through this website we store the name, email address, phone number, company and message you provide, together with technical metadata (IP address, browser user agent, referring page). We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation.
Analytics
We record anonymous page views to understand which pages are useful. No cookies are set for this, no data leaves our servers and no profile is built about you. Third-party marketing pixels are only loaded when they are enabled in our administration panel — you can see which ones are active in the page source at any time.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for a maximum of three years after the last contact. Anonymous analytics are aggregated after twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Write to us and we will action it within thirty days.
